Philip Griffin is originally from Clarksdale, MS, and he currently splits his time between Murfreesboro, TN, and Oxford, MS. He is a father to both a fifteen-year-old son and an English Bulldog. He attended Northwest Mississippi College and Mississippi State University, which prepared him for a career in politics.
Before coming to Majority Strategies, Philip founded his own consulting firm, Griffin Strategies, in 2011. Here, Philip played a key role in state, local, and federal races. He later expanded into business marketing and advertising where he aided in the successful marketing efforts for Nissan’s North America defeat of UAW’s unionization bid.
Philip has been in political consulting for 13 years now and has run over 250 campaigns across the Southeast region. He is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants and served as an American Association of Political Consultants Judge from 2015 to 2020.
