Randy Kammerdiener joined Majority Strategies over a decade ago, and, as they say, time flies when you’re having fun.
Before leading Majority Strategies, Randy served as the Republican National Committee’s Southeast Regional Political Director and worked closely with the Bush-Cheney campaign during the ’04 cycle.
Randy’s unique blend of experience and depth of understanding of political strategy have made an indelible mark on not only Majority Strategies, but countless campaigns over the course of ten plus years.
So many already know Randy, but let’s get to know him a little more in today’s #MeetMajority.
Describe your best day on the job.
Any Election Night! And when most of my clients are winning, that’s just the icing on the cake.
What’s your favorite campaign tactic?
Nothing beats door-to-door by the candidate in areas with the highest concentrations of persuadable voters. There’s really nothing like a handshake and a face-to-face conversation to win voters over to your side.
Tell us about your greatest accomplishment.
I’m most proud of raising two smart, loving, and beautiful young girls – although my wife has done most of the work. Let’s just say I’ve learned to be a really good delegator …
How would your best friend describe you in 3 words?
Really lucky redneck.
What’s your favorite thing about where you live?
I can catch fish or shoot wild hogs in my back yard. Can’t beat that!
What’s your favorite song and what do you do when it comes on the radio?
Smile by Uncle Cracker. And I smile, of course.
Would you say that you have good luck, bad luck or no luck at all?
That’s an easy one. If you met my wife, you would know I am a very lucky man.
If you could travel back in time to any time period, which would you choose?
I’d go back to high school. I think I’d be really cool the second time around.
And finally, why Majority Strategies?
I like being around creative people who won’t sleep until they get the job done right.
