Laura Johnson
Laura joins the Majority Strategies team with nearly 15 years of political experience in Ohio.

Over the years Laura has worked in diverse roles for numerous local, state and federal campaigns as well as the Republican Party. She also served in State Government as the Chief of Staff to Ohio’s Lt. Governor for over three years. Most recently, Laura worked as part of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s Inaugural Committee and was part of the successful campaign team behind Ohio House Speaker Larry Householder.

Laura is an attorney, having earned her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a graduate of The Ohio State University. She resides in the suburbs of Cleveland with her husband Max, son Luke and house full of rescued animals.

Patrick Melton
Patrick joins the Majority Strategies team as Deputy Director of Sales Operations. Most recently, he worked for Securing Ohio’s Future, which aided in the victorious campaign of Governor Mike DeWine and Lieutenant Governor Jon Husted.

Having 15 years of experience in political party operations, campaign management and public affairs, Patrick has managed or consulted on multiple local, state, federal and issue advocacy campaigns across the country.

A Columbus native, Patrick is an unabashed supporter and graduate of THE Ohio State University. He currently resides in Columbus with his dog Riggins, who always approves of anything he cooks.

Molly Kepner
Molly joined Majority Strategies in March 2019.

Prior to joining Majority Strategies, Molly served as New York Deputy State Director for the Republican National Committee, where she co-managed a staff across four target congressional districts in New York State. Last cycle, Molly also served as campaign manager for a candidate in NH-01, one of the country’s most competitive congressional districts.

Molly also brings consulting and lobbying experience to Majority Strategies through her work at The Bernstein Shur Group, a public affairs and political consulting firm that services clients across northern New England.

During the 2016 cycle, Molly worked on Senator Marco Rubio’s presidential campaign, serving as a regional field director in New Hampshire and later managing his campaign efforts in Massachusetts.

Molly is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. She is a diehard Boston sports fan and Jeopardy enthusiast. Molly lives in Nashua, New Hampshire.
