CJ Thompson has brought over a decade of project management, strategic planning and operations experience to the Majority Strategies team as Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to joining Majority Strategies, CJ served the City of Jacksonville as the Director of Intra-Governmental Services, as well as the County Manager for the Baker County Board of County Commissioners.

A Florida native and fan of the Florida State Seminoles, CJ is a proud husband and father of two daughters.

What’s your favorite time of day? When are you most productive?
I am definitely a morning person. I like to take the time to prioritize my day before the workday gets hectic.

How do you unwind?
Spending time with my wife and two daughters is my favorite way to unwind from a stressful day. I also love to squeeze in 18 holes whenever my schedule allows it.
