What’s your favorite blog?
I’m a die-hard sports fan. So, I like to stay up on it with websites like ESPN, BleacherReport, and The Ringer.
What has been your best day on the campaign trail?
When I was a field director back in 2014 in Minnesota, my field office made the most door knocks and phone calls in the state that week, and we got a congratulations tweet from the U.S. Senate candidate we were supporting.
Toughest lesson you’ve learned?
That there are no shortcuts in life. You have to put in the hard work to make your dreams come true.
Tell us about your favorite eats from your home state.
Juicy Lucy – the one with the cheese melted in the middle of a hamburger. We do it the best because we invented it (or so that’s what we tell ourselves).
How would your best friend describe you in three words?
Sarcastic, competitive, realistic
When and where are you happiest?
At my cabin back home. Nothing better than being out on the lake in Minnesota during the summer.
What’s on your bucket list?
I love sports, so I’d like to attend the championship sporting events like the Super Bowl, Final Four, NBA Finals, NCAA Football Championship (I’m currently 0-4). I’ve also never been outside of North America, so I’d love to travel through Europe a bit.
What would you most like to learn how to do?
Boring answer – learn a different language. Fun answer – learn how to sword fight.
