In today’s #MeetMajority, you’ll learn more about Megan.
Describe your greatest accomplishment.
Graduating from Flagler College.
How would your best friend describe you in 3 words?
Funny, sarcastic, outgoing.
What’s the best gift you’ve ever received?
Before I went away to college, my brother collected advice from all the members of my family and printed it on strips of paper. After laminating them, he put them in a small antique box so I could read them when I was having a rough day or feeling homesick.
Speaking of feeling homesick, what food do you miss most from your home state?
My mom’s cooking.
What’s your favorite song? And what do you do when it comes on in the car?
My favorite song depends on the day. One day it could be an Adele song, the next a Bruce Springsteen one (that's a nod to my Mom). No matter what the song is, as long as I know the words, I put on a performance in my car. I’m talking head bobs, shoulder shimmying, the whole nine.
If you could travel back to any time period, which would you choose? Why?
I’d love to go back to Ancient Greece. I’ve always been fascinated by mythology.
Name one of your weird habits.
I actually really enjoy going to the eye doctor ...
What’s on your bucket list?
I want to travel everywhere, ride a camel in Egypt and an elephant in Africa – but only a wild one I find on a safari.
What would you most like to learn how to do?
Speak a different language (mainly French).
