Amanda Higby
State Strategist
Prior to joining Majority Strategies, Amanda Higby worked for the Arizona Republican Party where she organized grassroots efforts and managed staff and volunteers in reaching target goals throughout various legislative districts in Phoenix, Arizona. Amanda also brings legislative research experience from the Arizona House of Representatives and the Arizona State Senate. Amanda is a graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson. Peter Collins
State Strategist
Peter Collins joined Majority Strategies in 2019 following nearly a decade of political work across Illinois. With an extensive data background, Peter has worked for a number of state and federal candidates all across the state. A lifelong Illinois native, Peter received his bachelor’s degree at Lake Forest College and a Master of Science from Northwestern University. He currently lives in Chicago with his wife, where they can often be seen biking along Lake Michigan. Email Peter.
Jeff Morrison
Director of State Strategist Sales
Jeff Morrison joins the Majority Strategies team as the Director of State Strategist Sales. With over 15 years of sales management experience, Jeff is an award-winning executive sales operations leader with a passion for inspiring teams and managing them to goal-crushing success. Coming to Majority Strategies from Epsilon, Jeff governed an owner loyalty and lifecycle retention marketing platform serving top automotive OEM Tier 1 brand clients. Jeff attended the University of Iowa but is a proud Illinois native who resides in the Chicago area. Jeff is an avid Chicago sports fan and season ticket holder for both the Cubs and the Bears. In the summer, he can be found either out on Lake Michigan or on the golf course and in the winter skiing or snowboarding in the mountains of Colorado. Email Jeff.
Nolan Preston
Chief Financial Officer
Chief Financial Officer Nolan Preston joined the Majority Strategies team in 2016. A licensed CPA and Level III CFA candidate, Nolan previously worked as a Director at PwC within their Transaction Services advisory practice. With family roots in the Midwest, Nolan grew up in Texas and graduated from the University of Texas with both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Today Nolan calls Dallas home, where he enjoys spending time with his two rescue dogs, biking, golfing and watching the Dallas Stars, Tottenham Hotspur and Texas Longhorns.
Nic Goeden
Senior Market Research & Sourcing Analyst
Nic Goeden is Majority Strategies’ Senior Market Research & Sourcing Analyst. Before joining Majority Strategies, Nic spent more than five years immersed in opposition research at America Rising, and his contributions influenced numerous campaigns for races up and down the ballot. Although he now lives in Arlington, Virginia, Nic is a born and bred Wisconsinite and unsurprisingly loves cheese and the Green Bay Packers. Katie LaCoume
FP&A and Accounting Manager
Katie LaCoume is the FP&A and Accounting Manager at Majority Strategies. Katie’s responsibilities include financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and accounting. Prior to joining Majority Strategies, Katie began her career at accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. She spent her first few years working in PwC’s Assurance practice and later transferred to the Transaction Services Advisory group where she gained experience performing due diligence and other advisory services for both private equity and strategic clients. Katie lives and works in Dallas, Texas. A Certified Public Accountant, Katie received a B.B.A and Master’s in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
