Before joining Majority Strategies in 2005, Randy Kammerdiener served six years as the Republican National Committee’s Southeast Regional Political Director – coordinating political activities between the RNC, state parties, county parties, and dozens of top-tier campaigns in more than a dozen states.

During the 2004 cycle, Randy worked closely with the Bush-Cheney Campaign, focusing his efforts on direct mail, telephone, and grassroots GOTV programs in the battleground states of Missouri, West Virginia, and Florida.

Randy previously served as Executive Director of the Republican Party of Kentucky 
and has also run for office, serving two terms as City Councilman in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Randy holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism and MPA from the University of Missouri and currently lives with his wife, Chantelle, and their two daughters in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

An Ohio native and graduate of The Ohio State University, Brett Buerck was involved 
in the inner workings of Buckeye State politics for nearly fifteen years, including serving 
as Communications Director for the Ohio Republican Party, Press Secretary for former Governor Bob Taft, and a general consultant to numerous local, legislative, and statewide campaigns.

Prior to becoming a member of the Majority Strategies team, Brett served as Chief of Staff to the Ohio House of Representatives for four years, helping guide the Republican Caucus to 62 seats out of 99 – its largest majority in fifty years.


Brett currently lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with his two daughters, Alex and Parker.

Tom Whatman joins the Majority Strategies team as our Chief Strategist with nearly 25 years of campaign and brand experience.

Tom most recently served as the Executive Director of former Speaker John Boehner’s campaign team. Tom was responsible for the Speaker’s political operations, including fundraising, travel, communications, NRCC involvement and Boehner’s role as a national Republican leader.

Whatman formerly served as Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Public Partners, a public affairs firm he founded in 2001 that grew into a multi-million dollar firm with clients including Reynolds America, Ford Motor Company, Brown and Williamson Tobacco, Penn National Gaming, Rock Ventures, Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, The Timken Company, and Crown Equipment Corporation, among others.

In addition to serving as the Executive Director of the Ohio Republican Party from 1994 through 2000, Whatman managed a successful $54 million campaign to bring casino gaming to Ohio that included a coalition of union and business groups, elected officials and citizens.

Majority Strategies is proud to welcome Barry Jackson as a member of the Board of Advisors.

One of only two people to ever serve as Senior Staff to the President and Chief of Staff to the Speaker, Jackson played an instrumental role in drafting and directing the "Contract With America" that helped Republicans secure the House majority in 1994 for the first time in 40 years. He reprised that role in 2010, overseeing House Republican's successful effort to retake the majority with the "Pledge to America."

Prior to serving as Chief of Staff for Speaker John Boehner, Jackson acted as President George W. Bush’s Assistant to the President for Strategic Initiatives and External Affairs. In this position, Barry managed the White House offices of Political Affairs, Public Liaison, Intergovernmental Affairs and Strategic Initiatives.

Jackson is Managing Director of The Lindsey Group and a strategic advisor with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck.

Albert’s career began with a joint business venture with his father and was fanned into flame with a passion – and a gift – for growing startup companies to success. Albert’s expertise spans many industries, from technology and real estate to publishing and craft beer.

Albert has spent much of his career on the road, but the old adage holds true; home is where the heart is. Albert, his wife and three sons live in Albert’s hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas, where the family enjoys spending time outdoors, wakeboarding and hunting.

A former Ohio Legislative Service Commission staffer, Whitney Wilson served as a legislative aide in the Ohio legislature and managed multiple legislative campaigns before joining Majority Strategies in 2000.

In 2001, Whitney was a member of the redistricting team in Nevada that was charged with redrawing the state’s congressional and legislative districts following the 2000 census.

Since joining Majority Strategies, Whitney has helped write, produce, and manage direct mail programs for dozens of top-tier campaigns across the country.

Whitney is a graduate of West Virginia University and currently lives in Columbus, Ohio, 
with her husband, Mike, and their son and daughter.

Jason McBride joined the Majority Strategies team after serving as National Deputy Political Director and former New Hampshire State Director for the 2012 Romney for President campaign. 

Jason previously served as the Republican National Committee's Deputy Political Director, where he managed the daily operations of the RNC's political department and its operating and voter contact budget, including direct mail. 

Hailing from Michigan, Jason graduated from Michigan State University and began his career serving as a legislative assistant in the Michigan state legislature. Jason's wide range of experience grew to include serving state, congressional, and state party leaders, campaigns, and grassroots organizations. 

Jason and his wife, Kate, live in Jacksonville, Florida with their sons, Conner and Aiden, 
and daughter, Ashlyn.

Originally from Boston, Anthony Ramirez made his big move to Louisiana in 2004 to attend LSU and pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Degree in hand, Anthony served as Statewide Field Director for Governor Bobby Jindal's 2011 re-election campaign, the largest landslide election victory in Louisiana gubernatorial history. Anthony continued to be a part of Governor Bobby Jindal's Administration, acting as the Intergovernmental Affairs Director and War Room Director.

In 2015, Anthony founded a small governmental affairs, communications and consulting firm in Baton Rouge, specializing in grassroots legislative lobbying and issue advocacy for non-profits, PACs and other political organizations.

Happily living in Baton Rouge with his wife, Ramona, Anthony is an avid outdoorsman, amateur cook and diehard LSU fan.

Before representing District 5 in the Maryland State Senate, Justin worked in both the private and public sectors, including the Maryland House of Delegates and State Senate. Justin has twice served as Executive Director of the Maryland Republican Party.

Today Justin lives in Westminster, Maryland, with his wife, Ruth, and their daughter, Brooklyn, and son, Caleb.

After graduating from Miami University with a degree in Political Science and History, Grant began working as a Staff Assistant and worked his way up to serve as Deputy Executive Director for the Political Office of the Speaker.

Originally from Ohio, Grant now calls Virginia his home away from home. Aside from diving into a good book, Grant spends his free time traveling with a personal goal to visit all 50 states.

Patrick also worked as RNC State Director in both North Carolina and New Jersey.

A Raleigh native and self-proclaimed political junkie, Patrick lives in his home city with his wife, where they are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their daughter later this year.

As a Jefferson City, Missouri, native who graduated from the University of Missouri, Jefferson Thomas immediately began working on campaigns throughout his home state, and later on, Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Colorado and Kansas. Thomas most recently served as the Colorado Political Director for President Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. Thomas managed Election Day operations in the state while overseeing legal teams and plans in targeted counties.

In his previous role as Political Director for the Colorado Republican Committee, Thomas provided political assistance to state legislative candidates and helped in planning, preparing and executing the Colorado State Convention in Colorado Springs.

Jefferson spends his free time hunting, fishing and enjoying SEC football games with his fiancé, Paige.

Josh took his first steps into the political world in early 2003 when he served as a Field Representative for U.S. Senator Lamar Alexander in Tennessee. Since then, Josh has worked for the Tennessee House Republican Caucus, the North Carolina House Republican Caucus and the Republican Party of Kentucky.

Josh holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Memphis.

Jackie went on to serve on multiple congressional campaigns, including Congressman Jon Porter (NV-3), as well as the teams at Americans for Prosperity and the Nevada Republican Party.

Since joining the Majority Strategies team, Jackie has helped produce and manage direct mail programs throughout the country, including presidential and targeted congressional and U.S. Senate campaigns.

Most recently, Chris served as the Deputy IE Director for the National Republican Congressional Committee, helping House Republicans secure a historic majority.  Previously, Chris served in senior roles at American Crossroads and Romney for President. Earlier in his career, Chris worked for DCI Group, the Republican National Committee and served on President Bush’s 2004 Inaugural Committee in the Office of Official Proceedings.

A graduate of Hobart College, Chris lives in St. Augustine with his wife, Caia, and son, Jack.

Born into a Navy family in Norfolk, Virginia, Eric today hails from Jacksonville, Florida. An artist from a young age, Eric turned his love of graphic design into a degree from the University of North Florida.

Eric joined Majority Strategies in 2010, building on his 15 years of graphic design and illustration experience in print, web, motion graphics, and industrial design. Outside of the office, Eric is an avid motorsports, football, and professional soccer fan.

Jessica is a native of Panama City Beach who today lives in Atlantic Beach, Florida, with her husband, Mat, and volunteers as Media Director for her church.

An avid photographer and painter, Kim is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a degree in Fine Arts and a focus on Graphic Design and Digitial Media. Kim lives in Jacksonville Beach with her dog, Jax.

A lifelong Jacksonville resident, Alexander Pantinakis brings a depth of political and public relations experience to Majority Strategies as a creative copywriter on our team. Prior to joining Majority Strategies, Pantinakis served the Republican Party in various capacities, including as Duval County State Committeeman and currently the Vice-Chairman of the Republican Party of Duval County.

A graduate of the University of North Florida, Pantinakis is a die-hard Jacksonville Jaguars fan and season ticket holder who hopes to one day celebrate a Jaguars' winning season.
